REFILL TECHNOLOGY

MINIMALS REFILL CONCEPT is based on the idea that cosmetic containers can be reused in the same way as drinking bottles and coffee cups.
You start with a filled Starter Pack, and when you're ready to refill, you come to the Refill Studio to get a top-up of your product! Alternatively, you can book the MINIMALS MOBILE STATION to deliver your cosmetic waste-free directly to your doorstep. One way or another - once you buy any of the
starter sets, you automatically become a MINIMALS member: you get a 15% discount on every refill in your MINIMALS bottle.

MINIMALS MOBILE STATION


Here you will find the instructions for booking your refill online:

1. Start by selecting your refill product from our shop.
2. Select your district on the product page to see which day of the week the Minimals Mobile Station is in your area (see below for the postcodes of our delivery area). The Minimals Mobile Station will always come on the next possible day of the week that matches your selection (example: If you book on a Tuesday and select the Thursday delivery day, it will arrive on the next Thursday, i.e. 2 days later). Press "Book" and proceed to the next step.
3. Delivery by Minimals Mobile Station is free of charge if the order value is 50.00 EUR or more. Otherwise, the delivery costs are 4.90 EUR.
4. After you have completed the payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. Our minimals driver will come to your office/home entrance. Please come downstairs to receive your refill.
